The Audit Committee of Snap-on Incorporated has established procedures for the handling of complaints regarding Snap-on's accounting, internal accounting controls and auditing matters.
Any person who has a good faith accounting complaint may report it to the Company in any one of the following ways:
Complaints may be made in a confidential and anonymous manner. The Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics prohibits any person from retaliating against an employee for any report made in good faith.
