Procedures for Handling Accounting Complaints

The Audit Committee of Snap-on Incorporated has established procedures for the handling of complaints regarding Snap-on's accounting, internal accounting controls and auditing matters.

Any person who has a good faith accounting complaint may report it to the Company in any one of the following ways:

Via the toll-free Snap-on Ethics Helpline at 866-GO-TOOLS or 866-468-6657.
Via inter-office or postal mail addressed to the General Counsel at Snap-on Incorporated, P.O. Box 1430, Kenosha, Wisconsin 53141-1430.

Complaints may be made in a confidential and anonymous manner. The Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics prohibits any person from retaliating against an employee for any report made in good faith.
