Mr. Metzger was named senior vice president - finance and accounting, Snap-on Tools Company, LLC in May 2005. He served as vice president - finance of Snap-on Incorporated from October 2003 to May 2005, as well as treasurer from February 2004 to May 2005. He joined the corporation as vice president - controller in May 2001. Formerly chief financial officer - Crenlo, Inc., a division of Dover Corporation from August 2000 to April 2001 and vice president financial planning, reporting and finance centers for CNH Global N.V. from November 1999 to March 2000.
