Nicholas T. Pinchuk (61) – Chairman since April 2009. President and Chief Executive Officer since December 2007. President and chief operating officer from April 2007 to December 2007. Senior vice president and president - Worldwide Commercial and Industrial Group from June 2002 to April 2007. Formerly president, global refrigeration operations, a unit of Carrier Corporation, a subsidiary of United Technologies Corporation. Prior to that position, Pinchuk served in executive, operational, planning and financial capacities within Carrier and United Technologies, including: president, Asia-Pacific air conditioning operations; vice president, strategic planning; and chief financial officer, Carrier International Corporation. Before joining United Technologies, he was with the Ford Motor Company, where he held various financial and engineering positions.
