Vice President - Innovation

As vice president - innovation, Mr. Brenton is responsible for providing strategic and executional direction for new platforms, new products and new packaging designed to support the company's long-term strategic growth initatives. Ben joined the corporation in February 2007. Prior to Snap-on, Ben was director of innovation for the Frito-Lay Convenience Foods division of PepsiCo. Before joining PepsiCo, he spent more than 13 years at Kraft Foods in roles of increasing responsibility and scope. He holds a bachelor of science, life sciences degree and a master of microbiology degree from the University of Nebraska and a Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts.
