President - Snap-on Equipment

As president, Mr. Pagliari is responsible for Equipment's worldwide businesses, including sales, service, marketing, manufacturing and product development. Prior to being named to his current position in 2007, he held the position of senior vice president - operations for the Commercial & Industrial Group. Aldo joined Snap-on in 2002 from United Technologies as group controller/ director of finance and planning for the Commerical & Industrial Group. He holds a M.B.A. from Syracuse University and a B.S. in Mineral Economics from Pennsylvania State University. He is also a certified public accountant.
