Vice President - Operations Processes

As vice president - operations processes, Mr. Banerjee is responsible for driving global improvements in areas of strategic sourcing, operations development, rapid continuous improvement and environmental health and safety. Anup joined Snap-on in 2003 as director - human resources for the Commercial and Industrial Group and was later promoted to vice president - human resources for that group before being appointed vice president - international development. Prior to joining Snap-on, Anup held several senior international human resource positions at United Technologies. He has lived and worked extensively in Europe, Asia and the U.S.
