Your training will start when you go on the first of your van rides. You'll gain real Snap-on hands-on experience from franchisees who know what they're doing.
After that, you'll receive approximately seven days of extensive classroom training at our fully equipped training centre in Kettering.
Following your initial training, a dedicated Field Manager will assist you in arranging your product display in your mobile store, and will then continue to support you on the road.
But your training actually never stops. Snap-on will continue to keep you abreast of our latest products, to give you even more productivity solutions to offer your customers.
You'll be able to keep customers up to date on new products and service ideas, handle warranty repair and replacement when necessary, and provide affordable programmes for technicians to allow them to expand and develop their tool kits and their careers.
