Earned his second career NHRA Full Throttle Series world championship title (1992) when his brother Tony Pedregon defeated the only other driver left in contention at the year’s final race; Mounted an incredible chargein the playoffs, winning three of four final-round appearances, including the final three events of the season; Won $100,000 NHRA Showdown in Indianapolis.
